Customer Service Representative
- $17.00 per hour
- Temp-to-hire potential
- Monday through Friday
- 9: 30 am to 3: 30 pm during training
- 7 am to 3: 30 pm thereafter
- Basic computer skills including excel, word, outlook etc.
- Adept at organizing in numerical and alphabetical order.
- Ability to answer phones and interact with customers in a professional manner.
- Ability to organize a daily workload by priorities.
- Ability to adhere to deadlines
- Ability to manage customer needs, including bringing complaints to a resolution
